Paging

One frustrating aspect during mediation is trying to locate the mediator after the parties move into separate rooms, and the mediator is excused so that the parties can consult privately with their lawyers, loved ones, or both.

When parties are consulting with their lawyers or loved ones in private, the mediator will have no choice but to find a "spot" to wait until the parties need to speak to the mediator.  This often leads for further delays, because when the parties need the mediator, they may not know where the mediator has gone to sit: this is especially true in some of the larger venues which are more than ten thousand square feet in size.

David uses a paging system to avoid these headaches and delays.  When a party is ready to speak to David, they simply press a button on a dongle left with the party, and it will alert David that he is needed by the party.

No more looking around for the mediator!
