Often parties want to send their briefs electronically, but they are too large to send by email, or to send by facsimile transmission.
When booking your mediation, David will give the parties a special access link, and a password, to a database on his secure website. The parties can upload all their material to the site using their individual link and unique password. The parties can also download material filed by other parties to their dispute. Sometimes David may also upload material that he thinks may be helpful for the parties to have before or during the mediation.
